The information received by a Tracking unit is stored in a central Server for processing and reporting.

Alerts can be generated for reporting and/or real-time notifications via text-messaging or, in special cases, a live operator response. Alerts can be triggered by input changes (ignition on/off, door openings, trouble indicators, etc.) and Geofence crossings. A Geofence is a basically a box drawn on a map to simulate a "fence".

All information about all Assets is available via Web pages. You can run reports to see detailed information about the Tracking unit as well as generate Maps to display current positions and past trip logs. No special software is required on the client pc. Information is also available via Palm devices using available browsers.
